    The work included here represents examples collected by teachers and parents over the last 20 years. The illustrations represent only a small sample of the fascinating ways in which primary schools and and nursery/early years settings have collaborated with their communities to bring carnival into the school curriculum.No examples from secondary schools and further education colleges are included, not because such initiatives don't exist but because we do not have them to hand.
